Espaços educativos de intercâmbio intersetorial : do encontro à partilha

Abstract

In a school institution, it is understood that the Administrative and Pedagogical sectors are the structural support for the development of activities in this space. The research focused on the challenges of everyday school life with its coping mechanisms in the search for the well-being of the Educational Community. Its objective was to identify the factors belonging to the dynamics of the intersectoral educational work and its daily challenges at the School, to record the mechanisms used to face school challenges and to identify the processes of professionals from different sectors of the School who share the search for individual autonomy. and the well-being of the Educating Community. The research was qualitative. The selection was made up of 13 participants who were part of the corpus of interviews and individual questionnaires that respected gender diversity, time in the School Institution, hierarchical level and work sector. It was held at a private Basic Education School in Praia Grande, São Paulo. The collected data were categorized in a group classification operation, regrouping the sectors for the most significant analysis, starting the careful analysis. From the results of the research, it was identified that many reports deal with the theme of the interpersonal relationship with the family as the biggest challenge presented by the Participants, in addition to the socio-emotional aspects involving the self-management of emotions and time management in the face of demands. Despite the numerous existing research on good and bad being focused on teachers, it is analyzed that the alternatives for facing challenges used by Administrative Educators are similar to Pedagogical ones with regard to the practice of virtues such as courage and tolerance , in addition to active listening and dialogue between peers. The technical product “Challenges of daily school life: the search for the well-being of the Educational Community” is proposed as an expansion and opportunity for systematized spaces for the analysis and reflection on the mechanisms used by intersectoral participants in facing the daily challenges of work educational, since these professionals will be able to reflect their practice, reinforce the relational process, professional autonomy and there may be a consequent well-being of the members of the Educational Community.
